Michael LeClair

Michael LeClair is a seasoned senior executive and board member with extensive experience in operations, finance, mergers and acquisitions, and investment management. They have held significant roles, including managing director at Integrated Asset Management and vice president at Canadian Investors Corporation. Currently, Michael is the chair of the board of directors at Arrowhead Health Centers, a member of the board of trustees at University Health Network, and the founder and CEO of GML Legacy Corp. Their specialties include corporate financing, strategic planning, and competitive analysis, with a notable past as the past chair of the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario.
