Lerin Hendrickson

Lerin Hendrickson is a seasoned professional in project management with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as Manager of CMC Program Management at Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals since November 2021, Lerin oversees manufacturing and development processes while managing vendor relationships and leading the Madison DEI Council. Previously, at Catalent Pharma Solutions, Lerin held multiple roles, culminating as Senior Project Manager, where responsibilities included managing significant projects, mentoring colleagues, and chairing the Catalent Women’s Network Madison Chapter. Lerin's career began at PPD, contributing as Associate Project Manager and Scientist in the Microbiology Services division. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and a Master's Certificate in Project Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with a strong background in Spanish, Mathematics, and Biotechnology.
