Tania M.

Tania M. is a Senior Scientist II at Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals, where responsibilities include team and project coordination for bioconjugation development and oligonucleotide synthesis, building on prior experience as a Senior Scientist I focused on custom small-molecule synthesis and process development. Prior to joining Arrowhead, Tania worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, developing synthetic ligands targeting the vitamin D receptor, and as a Teaching Assistant, providing support in chemistry instruction. Tania gained additional experience as a Graduate Student Intern at MilliporeSigma, focusing on scalable synthetic route development, and as a Process Chemist I at Alcami Corporation, working on chemical reactions for API ingredients. Tania holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a BS in Chemistry from Drake University.
