Charles Abbott

Charles Abbott has extensive experience in safety training and law enforcement, currently serving as the Safety Training Coordinator and Motorcoach Operator at Arrow Stage Lines since June 2011. Prior to this role, Charles worked as a Detention Officer at The GEO Group, Inc. from December 2010 to July 2017, and held positions as a Motorcoach Operator at Greyhound Lines, Inc. from April 2007 to December 2010, where responsibilities included driving motor coaches across the country. Charles's earlier career includes significant law enforcement experience as a Correctional Officer with the Illinois Department of Corrections from October 1997 to July 2010 and the Colorado Department of Corrections from February 1996 to July 2007, as well as a Traffic Officer with the Cairo Police Department from March 1993 to August 1997. Charles Abbott holds a degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
