Jeffrey Near has extensive experience in customer success and operations, having worked at ArrowStream since December 2012 in various roles including Customer Success Lead, Customer Success Analyst, Service Planner LVL II, and Operations Support. Prior to this, Jeffrey contributed as a Grooming Assistant at PETCO Animal Supplies, Inc., managing salon upkeep and customer relations. Additional experience includes serving as a Lead Generator in Inside Sales at Worldwide Express and completing an internship at Transit Tees. Jeffrey holds a degree from DePaul University, completed in 2012.
