Arrte began with one intention: to share expertise in ways that genuinely improve lives. Over time that grew into something wider, working with people and institutions to understand their systems, build better ones, and learn in the process. It grew wider still when we realised that the researchers, practitioners, and specialists already around us were doing work that mattered and needed a structure to do it together.
That is what Arrte is: a collective of people who have spent their careers in mathematics, stochastic modelling, AI, public health, environmental science, natural products, HR, and organisational development, working across Sudan, Egypt, the UK, Ireland, and beyond, because the work calls us there.
We do not hand people solutions and leave. We work alongside them until they can see their own systems clearly, build on their own strengths, and carry the work forward themselves.
We are not defined by a sector or a geography. We are defined by whether the work makes a difference..
