Joe Schafer is a Principal Architect at Arryved, responsible for integrating SimpleCircle's ERP with Arryved's POS since August 2023. Previously, Schafer co-founded SimpleCircle and served as CTO until its acquisition by Arryved, after which it was rebranded as Arryved Brewery Management. Before that, Joe worked as a Software Engineer at Heap, where management of a large database cluster was a key responsibility, and at Google, where leadership of a team developing a revenue-generating Platform-as-a-Service was a highlight. Joe's career began in the US Army as an Infantry Officer, leading combat missions and mentoring lieutenants. Joe holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a certificate in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
