Eric Berger is a seasoned journalist with extensive experience in the space and weather sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Space Editor at Ars Technica since October 2015, Eric covers prominent organizations such as NASA and SpaceX, leveraging an extensive network of sources. Additionally, Eric founded and serves as the Editor of Space City Weather, a leading online platform for weather information in the greater Houston area, also since October 2015. Prior to these roles, Eric worked as a Science Writer at the Houston Chronicle from October 1998 to October 2015. Eric holds a Master's degree in Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Bachelor's degree in Astronomy from The University of Texas at Austin.
