Andrew Decastro

Andrew DeCastro is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in corporate development, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and strategic alliances. Currently serving as Senior Vice President, Head of Corporate Development and Strategic Alliances at American Residential Services since December 2022, Andrew previously held vital roles including Director of M&A and Strategy at Summit Utilities, Inc., where responsibility encompassed multi-billion dollar acquisitions and strategic planning. At HomeServe USA from 2009 to 2022, Andrew drove significant M&A initiatives, contributing over $100 million in revenue and leading partnerships that generated more than $150 million annually. Andrew's earlier experience includes positions as Director of M&A at UBS Investment Bank and Associate at General Electric. Academic achievements include an MBA from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a BA in Economics and Math from Hamilton College.
