Ben Mathews

Ben Mathews has extensive experience in operations and management across multiple retail companies. Beginning with a role as Director of Operations at Toys R Us, Ben oversaw a $16 million operation and managed a large staff, including store managers and department managers. Subsequent positions included General Manager at Linens N Things, where responsibility included driving revenue and leading various staff levels, and General Manager Field Trainer at Borders Group, focusing on sales goals and community engagement. Ben held the position of Store Director at PetSmart, leading team development and ensuring compliance with safety and financial standards. Prior experience includes a Regional Training Manager role at Office Depot, where Ben was involved in staff training and operational protocols. Currently, Ben serves as District HD Manager at American Residential Services. Ben holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Maryland.
