Tom Johnson

Tom Johnson is a semi-retired professional with extensive experience in managing service businesses, particularly in plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and electrical contracting. They held the position of General Manager at Service Experts from 2018 to the present, overseeing sales and installations with full P&L responsibility. Prior to that, they worked as a General Manager at Service Experts from 2012 to 2014 and as a Director of Operations at 1-800-PLUMBER from 2008 to 2012. Tom also served as a Regional Manager at Servicemaster/ARS from 1996 to 2006. They earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautics/Management from Lewis University between 1970 and 1974.
