James Mitchell

James Mitchell is a seasoned performance analyst with expertise in women's soccer and youth national teams. Currently serving as a Performance Analysis Consultant for Arsenal F.C. since March 2024, James previously held positions as a Performance Analyst at Washington Spirit and Florida State University, where contributions were made to the FSU Women's Soccer team, the current Division 1 National Champions. Earlier roles included performance analysis for the Scottish Football Association and Aberdeen Football Club, alongside scouting and community coaching. James's educational background includes a Master's degree in Sport and Fitness Administration from Florida State University and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Sport & Exercise Science from Robert Gordon University.
