Jared Bourne

Jared Bourne, Assoc CIPD, currently serves as a Talent Development Advisor at Arsenal F.C., a position held since June 2023. Prior to this, Jared worked at the British Red Cross from February 2019 to June 2023, initially as an International Learning & Development Officer and later as a Learning & Development Coordinator, focusing on enhancing training for over 3,000 employees within the not-for-profit sector. Earlier experience includes roles as a Learning & Development Assistant at Salmon, Social Action/Training Coordinator at JLGB, and various administrative positions, including a Human Resources Apprentice at the Royal College of Nursing. Jared holds a Level 3 Diploma in Learning & Development, completed in 2017, and has a foundational educational background from King Solomon High School and Davenant Foundation Sixth Form.
