Mark has held various roles such as County Welfare Officer at Surrey County Football Association, Safeguarding Manager at Arsenal F.C, Head of Safeguarding at Chelsea Football Club, and currently serves as Academy Player Care Manager and Head of Safeguarding at Arsenal Football Club. Additionally, Mark is a Licensed Safeguarding Tutor at The Football Association.
