Ron Fizer

Ron Fizer is a strategic change leader with a strong background in national security, currently serving as a Senior Counter Threat Fellow at ARServices since 2024. Previously, Ron held positions as a Fellow/Principal at LMI from 2019 to 2024 and as the Combating WMD Division Chief at the Joint Staff from 2010 to 2013. With extensive experience in intelligence analysis, operational planning, and government, Ron has also served as a Senior Commander in the US Army and Principal Director for the Chemical and Biological Defense Program at the Office of the Secretary of Defense from 2015 to 2018. Ron holds a BS in General Science from Gannon University, an MPA in Environmental Science Management from Jacksonville State University, and an MS in National Resource Strategy from National Defense University.
