Thamar Main has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the defense and government sectors. They most recently worked as a Program Manager at ARServices since July 2021. Before that, they were a Senior Consultant at LMI from December 2019 to July 2021.
In 2019, Thamar Main held the position of Executive Vice President at Mistral, Inc., where they were responsible for combat support systems, explosive ordnance disposal (EOD), robotics, and other systems and components addressing Department of Defense and law enforcement gaps. This role lasted from September to November 2019.
From 2018 to 2019, Thamar Main served as the Principal Director at the Department of Defense, Chemical/Biological Defense. In this role, they developed plans to reorganize a Congressionally directed program, potentially resulting in significant annual savings. They also presented plans and projects to senior political appointees and briefed Army senior leaders.

Thamar Main's work experience also includes roles at the US Army, where they served as the Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction Branch Chief, managing hardware acquisition and life cycle, and as the Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Branch Chief, overseeing hardware and equipment coordination between all services.

Thamar Main holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Applied Science from Boise State University. Thamar also obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Environmental Management from Webster University. In addition to these academic achievements, Thamar has two additional certifications. Thamar completed the National Defense University Force Management Course at Fort Belvoir, VA in 2012. In 2022, Thamar obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute.
