William Eckles

William Eckles has extensive work experience in various roles, primarily in the military and defense sector. William began their career in the United States Army in 1999, serving as an Operations Officer and later as a Safety and Compliance Officer. In these roles, they managed personnel, equipment, and ensured compliance with safety regulations.

Eckles continued their military career, taking on positions such as Assistant Chief Operations and Safety Officer and Chief Operations Officer. William provided tactical and technical guidance, managed inventory, and ensured regulatory compliance.

In 2002, Eckles became the Resource Development Manager, where they coordinated various assets and implemented strategies to achieve corporate results. William was also responsible for the integration of IT systems and managed the high priority engagement list for senior executives.

In 2005, Eckles served as the Chief Executive Officer, overseeing the well-being of American soldiers and their families abroad. William also worked as the Executive Assistant to the CEO, where they planned and coordinated support for the movements of high-ranking military officials.

Eckles joined the United States Military Academy in 2007 as an Assistant Professor, where they directed and instructed organic chemistry courses and trained cadets in analytical reasoning and problem-solving.

From 2014 to 2020, Eckles worked at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, where they held roles such as Interagency Exercise Coordinator and CWMD Planner. William managed day-to-day operations, acted as a lead military exercise planner, and coordinated with various organizations.

In 2020, Eckles joined ICESS as a Senior Program Manager, responsible for managing programs. William then moved to ARServices in 2021 as a Technical Program Manager and Operations Officer.

William Eckles obtained a Bachelor's degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology with an emphasis in Neurobiology and Genetics from the University of California, Berkeley in the years 1989 to 1993. William then pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Developmental Biology and Embryology at the University of California, Santa Cruz from 1994 to 1996. Finally, they completed a Master of Science degree in Defense and Strategic Studies with a specialization in Weapons of Mass Destruction from Missouri State University - National Defense University between 2014 and 2016.
