Kat McNew

Kat McNew is an HR Manager at Arsonal, where they develop and implement HR processes, manage operations, and oversee employee relations. With a background in the entertainment industry, Kat has demonstrated strengths in engagement, training, benefits administration, and process improvement. Previously, they held leadership positions at All Web Leads, Inc. and ITSol Inc., managing teams and optimizing performance. Kat graduated with a certification in Human Resources from UCLA Extension and is currently pursuing an Associate of Arts degree at Los Angeles City College.
