Dwayne Brown

Dwayne Brown is a performing artist with extensive experience in theater and dance, serving as a Performing Artist at Stage/Theatre since January 2011 and a Teaching Artist at The New Victory Theater since August 2022. Additionally, Dwayne holds the role of Production Stage Manager at Art Bath and has previously taught dance and movement for various organizations from 2020 to October 2022. Dwayne has also worked as a Performing Arts Teacher at KIPP Justice Academy and performed as a Corps dancer at The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. Dwayne's dance experience includes engagements with the Metropolitan Opera, Lyric Opera of Chicago, and Opera Theatre of Saint Louis, highlighting a successful career in both performance and education. Dwayne earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Vassar College.
