Vipan Goel

Vipan Goel has over four decades of work experience in various roles and industries. Vipan started their career as a Process Engineer at Gwalior Rayons in 1978. After that, they worked as a Sr. Process Engineer at Indian Oil Corporation Limited from 1981 to 1989. Vipan then joined Nigerian National Petroleum Company as the FCC Chief Operator in 1989 until 1992. Following that, they worked at Indian Oil Corporation Limited as a Dy. Manager for Advanced Process Controls from 1992 to 1995. From 1997 to 2003, they served as a Project Manager for refinery-wide applications at Kuwait National Petroleum Company. Vipan joined WR Grace in 2005 and held the position of Country Manager- Sales & Mktg. INDIA until 2011. In 2017, they became the Business Director at ART Hydroprocessing™. From 2018 onwards, they have been the Managing Director at GRACE DAVISON CHEMICALS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. Most recently, they have taken on the role of Sr. Sales Director RT - India Middle-East Africa at WR Grace starting in 2022.

Vipan Goel holds a B.Sc. degree in Chemical Engineering from Panjab University, attained between 1974 and 1978. Additionally, Vipan completed an EMBA from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) from 2003 to 2005. In 2020, Vipan obtained certification in "Ram Charan on Coaching High Potentials" from LinkedIn.
