The Art Nirman Limited was incorporated on 19th February 2011 at Ahmedabad with the name of "VISHNUDHARA BUILDERS PRIVATE LIMITED" under the companies act 1956.

on 19th July 2011 company changed its name from VISHNUDHARA BUILDERS PRIVATE LIMITED to " VISHNUDHARA BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED ".

Subsequently, on 8th October 2011 company changed its name from VISHNUDHARA BUILDERS PRIVATE LIMITED to "Art Nirman Limited".

For the batter expansion and future growth, the company converted itself into a public company on 2nd September 2016 with the name "Art Nirman Limited" On 19th October 2016 company got itself listed on "NSE EMERGE Platform."
