Jay Germo has been working in the web support industry since 2014. Jay began their career at Crazy Domains as a Web Support Specialist, then moved to BlueCat as a Support Analyst in 2015. Jay is currently employed at Art Storefronts as a Wordpress Admin since 2018.

Jay Germo obtained an Associate's degree in E-Commerce/Electronic Commerce from Systems Technology Institute (STI) Pagadian in 2004.
