Mark Snell is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience across various technology firms. Currently serving as an Executive in Residence at Resurgens Technology Partners, Mark has previously held the role of Chief Financial Officer at Grayshift, a digital forensics provider, and at Endgame, where leadership contributed to the Company's successful sale to Elastic N.V. Earlier career highlights include serving as Corporate Controller at Suniva, leading significant capital raises, and restructuring finance operations at Servigistics. Mark's foundational experience includes key financial planning roles at IBM Internet Security Systems and BellSouth Mobility DCS. Mark holds an MBA from Georgia State University and a BA in History and Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia.
