Naina Gupta

Naina Gupta is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client services, recruitment delivery, and business development. Currently serving as the Manager of Client Services at Artech Information Systems since September 2018, Naina collaborates with senior leadership to optimize sales strategies and enhance client outreach through Voice of Customer and Voice of Business initiatives. Previously, Naina held roles at The Judge Group as Assistant Manager of Recruitment Delivery and as Senior Process Specialist, contributing to technology and talent solutions across multiple regions. Naina's experience also includes a position as Senior Business Relationship/Development Manager at Tech Mahindra and prior roles in recruitment at Okaya Infocom Pvt. Ltd. and IDC. Naina holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the School of Computer Applications at LPU, completed in 2013.
