Nijah Wilson

Nijah Wilson, MBA, PMP, currently serves as an Asset Manager at Horizon Development Properties, Inc., since February 2024. Prior to this role, Nijah held the position of Project Manager and Senior RCSA Business Execution Consultant at Artech L.L.C. starting in June 2021. Nijah's extensive experience in real estate includes roles at Nuveen Real Estate from August 2005 to January 2019, where responsibilities included Associate in Asset Management & Transactions and Asset Management Analyst - Global Real Estate. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Finance from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, a BA in Corporate Communications from Baruch College, and a degree in Project Management from Central Piedmont Community College.
