Paul Lackey

Paul Lackey is an experienced IT and service management professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Service Manager at Branson Tractor South since January 2016, Paul acts as the primary interface between customers and the service department. Concurrently, as a Windows System Administrator at Artech Information Systems, Paul manages numerous servers for IBM. Previously, during a tenure at IBM from August 1999 to February 2015, Paul held multiple roles including Steady State IT Architect, where responsibilities included managing a complex server environment and overseeing hardware planning and installations. Paul also managed Windows servers and evaluated support offerings for commercial accounts. Educational background includes studies at Maranatha Bible College from 1983 to 1985.
