Sourabh Batra

Sourabh Batra is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in managing recruitment operations across various sectors, particularly within the BFSI and IT industries. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Artech L.L.C. since July 2022, Sourabh leads a team of over 25 recruiters, developing recruitment strategies aligned with client needs and organizational goals. Previously, as a Delivery Manager at ICONMA, Sourabh effectively managed high volumes of job requisitions for technology clients, ensuring clear communication between delivery operations and recruitment teams.
