Roger Lapay

Roger Lapay has a diverse work experience in the energy industry. Roger is currently the Regional Sales Director at Arteche since 2022. Prior to that, Roger worked at ABB from 2011 to 2022, where they held various roles including Business Development Manager/Regional Sales Manager, Pricing Manager, and Sr. Sales Engineer. Before joining ABB, they worked at Siemens from 2000 to 2010 as a Sr. Field Service Engineer, mainly focused on the manufacturing of Step Voltage Regulator Transformers.

Roger Lapay completed their Master of Arts degree in Educational Administration and Supervision from the University of Bohol from 1990 to 1991. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in BS Industrial Engineering Technology with a major in Electrical Technology from Bohol Island State University, which they completed from 1986 to 1990.
