Bruce Elbert

Bruce Elbert is Managing Director of Applications Strategy Consulting. He received his M.S. from the University of Maryland and his M.B.A. from Pepperdine University. He is the author of several books, including The Satellite Communication Applications Handbook, Second Edition and The Satellite Communication Ground Segement and Earth Station Handbook.
