Douglas Willcocks

Douglas Willcocks is a seasoned technology and data professional currently serving as the Chief Data & Technology Officer for CIB Growth Solutions at BNP Paribas since November 2022, focusing on non-dilutive financing products for high-growth firms. Douglas also works as a Senior Technical Advisor at Artefact, having previously co-founded Outcome and held influential roles such as Global Chief Data Officer and Vice President of Science & Engineering at Artefact. With experience managing diverse teams in data science and engineering, Douglas has worked across multiple sectors, including insurance, finance, and retail, delivering innovative solutions in areas such as churn detection and marketing mix modeling. Douglas holds a Master of Engineering in Computer Science from Imperial College London and a Master of Science in Management from HEC Paris.
