Jenny Lin

Jenny Lin has over 10 years of professional experience in design and related fields. Jenny began their career in 2012 as a Design Consultant at Winjoy Design. In 2014, they took on an Exhibitions Intern role at the Museum of the African Diaspora, and a Photographer & Graphic Designer role at Ice Husky Inc. In 2016, they became a UX Designer at DESIGNATION, and a UX/UI Designer at TixTrack, Inc. In 2018, they were promoted to Senior UX/UI Consultant at Optimity Advisors. In 2021, they took on roles as a Civic Design Fellow at the Internal Revenue Service, and a Public Service Design Fellow at the Housing Security at Los Angeles Mayor's Office. Jenny is currently an Associate Design Director at Artefact, a position they have held since 2022.

Jenny Lin has a diverse educational background. Jenny obtained a Certificate of UX Design from Designation in 2016, and a 2nd Bachelor of Fine Arts from Academy of Art University in 2015. In 2012, they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) from California Institute of the Arts, majoring in Photography & Media and minoring in Social Science. Jenny is currently pursuing a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Design for Social Innovation at the School of Visual Arts. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications: Branding for Designers from LinkedIn in 2020, and a Master of Fine Arts from School of Visual Arts.
