Joy Ruby

Joy Ruby has extensive experience in the field of records management and research. Currently serving as a Records Specialist at Artel since February 2012, Joy previously held the position of Lead Research Technician at Sappi North America from March 1988 to October 2009. Joy pursued education at Trenton State College (University of New Jersey) and the University of Southern Maine during 1980 to 1981.
