Rafael Rincon

Rafael M. Rincon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and satellite communications. Currently serving as Program Manager and Senior Manager for Forward Deployed African and Middle East Regions at Artel LLC since July 2017, Rafael Rincon oversees the deployment of terrestrial circuits across 46 sub-Saharan African countries. Prior to this role, Rafael was employed at DRS Technologies, Inc. from December 2008 to June 2017, where responsibilities included managing a Network Operations Center and facilitating satellite network migrations. Additional experience includes serving as a Technical Program Manager at SatFiber. Rafael M. Rincon graduated from West Jefferson High School in 1988.
