Stéphane Benhamou currently serves as the Performance & Risks Director at Artelia, overseeing the Knowledge & Performance Department since May 2011. Responsibilities include harmonizing business processes, optimizing performance via Lean Management, driving digitization, and supporting QHSE policy implementation.
