Josh Rensch has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering and consulting. Josh started their career at Lockheed Martin in 2004 as a Simulation Verification Engineer/Architect, where they successfully implemented the ASIC/FPGA Verification Program. Josh then worked at New Wave Components as a Principle Design and Verification Engineer, consulting with companies on their methodology.

In 2013, Josh joined Mentor Graphics as an Application Engineer, specializing in SystemVerilog and UVM. Josh worked closely with customers to adopt advanced verification techniques and tools, helping them develop successful designs. Josh later worked at XtremeEDA and Superion Technology as a Senior Engineer, helping customers deploy UVM environments and develop simulation practices.

In 2015, Josh joined Intel Corporation as a Pre-Silicon Verification Engineer, working on high-speed chip sets and driving standard processes. Josh then joined GLOBALFOUNDRIES as an SOC Verification Lead in 2017.

From 2019 to 2022, Josh worked at Semifore, Inc. as a Principal Application Engineer, assisting customers and developing demos and support materials. Josh also built a support center for their product.

Currently, Josh is working at Arteris as a Principal Application Engineer, supporting the sales team and assisting customers with their use of the technology.

Throughout their career, Josh has consistently demonstrated expertise in verification engineering, customer support, and developing methodologies to ensure successful designs.

Josh Rensch obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from South Dakota Mines, where they studied from 1995 to 2000. In addition to their degree, they also have acquired several certifications. These include "HPS GRAD" from Heroic Public Speaking obtained in October 2018, "Foundations of Programming: Refactoring Code" from lynda.com obtained in July 2015, "Foundations of Programming: Test-Driven Development" from lynda.com obtained in July 2015, and "Agile at Work: Building Your Agile Team" from lynda.com obtained in May 2015.
