Michael Nguyen is an experienced design and technology professional, currently serving as Head of Design and Mobile, as well as Head of Design and Product at ARTERNAL since September 2017, focusing on design, engineering, and product development. Michael has a strong background in mobile app development, having shipped four mobile applications for AppDirect from July 2015 to September 2017 while also holding a position as iOS Developer and UX Designer. As a Founding Designer/Developer, Michael led product design and iOS engineering initiatives, promoting best practices in front-end engineering and project management. Michael co-founded Eventswoop, contributing to significant ticket sales for major events in Alberta from May 2012 to May 2016. Additionally, experience includes roles at ARTLOCAL APP, P2 Energy Solutions, and Mob4Hire. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a focus on Human-Computer Interaction from the University of Calgary.
