Artesano is a neighborhood sourdough bakery in Haarlem specializing in artisanal organic sourdough bread and a selection of pastries and viennoiserie. All our freshly baked products are free from artificial ingredients and processing aids and follow a long fermentation process which enhances the flavor and promotes digestion. We want to be part of a more sustainable future and we believe this goes hand in hand with Haarlem and its community. Using  organic & local ingredients to the best of our possibilities, striving for zero waste practices and focusing on the nutritional benefits of our products all accompanied by our Latin hospitality and sense of family feeling.
