Gilles Plante

Gilles is Managing Partner at Artesian He is responsible for the VCaaS business, which provides bespoke investment solutions to corporates, government and family offices. He is one of the PMs of the following funds: Late Stage, Contiguous, Sydney Angels as well as the China Fund. Gilles sits on the Investment Committee of all Artesian funds and also drives Strategy, M&A and BD in EMEA and Asia for the firm. Prior to joining Artesian, Gilles spent over 25 years in Financial Markets and International banking, where he held roles including CEO Asia Pacific, Deputy CEO Institutional & International Banking and Global Head of Markets for ANZ Banking Group and Crédit Suisse Bank. Gilles graduated with a Master of Computer Science Engineering degree (M.Sc) from ESME, Paris and has completed executive leadership degrees at Duke University and MIT Sloan School of Management.
