Amy Berry is an experienced ecologist with a strong background in wildlife conservation, holding a Master's degree in Wildlife Conservation from the University of Wolverhampton. With a tenure as Consultant Ecologist at Crestwood Environmental Ltd from June 2019 to September 2023, Amy conducted extended Phase 1 habitat surveys, protected species surveys, and developed mitigation schemes across various development sites. Currently serving as Senior Ecologist at Mabbett Ltd since September 2023 and as Senior Ecology and Biodiversity Consultant at Arthian (a merger of Mabbett and IKM Consulting) since December 2024, Amy continues to deliver client-focused ecological solutions. Prior experience includes a role as Field Ecologist at Aspect Ecology Ltd, where surveys for protected species were conducted, contributing to HS2 projects. Additionally, Amy holds a great crested newt survey license.
