Jared Cushing is an Associate Sales Representative at Arthrex since December 2024 and also serves as a Sports Coach at Bo Jackson's Elite Sports Bensenville, where coaching on advanced baseball skills is a primary responsibility. Previously, Jared was a Professional Athlete for Kane County Cougars Baseball in June and July 2024. As a Student Athlete Advisory Committee member at Xavier University from August 2021 to May 2024, Jared represented the baseball program, engaged in decision-making, project contributions, and event organization while completing a Bachelor's degree in Sport Administration/Management from Xavier. Additionally, Jared participated as a Division 1 NCAA Athlete throughout the duration of the college tenure, following graduation from Joliet Catholic Academy in May 2019.
