John Sodeika

John Sodeika is an experienced professional in product management and engineering, currently serving as Senior Director of Upper Extremity Product Management at Arthrex since September 2005. Previously, John held roles at Arthrex as Senior Director of Shoulder and Elbow Product Management, Director of Shoulder & Elbow Product Management, and Group Product Manager for Upper Extremity. Prior to joining Arthrex, John was the VP of Engineering Operations at Orthopedic Designs, Inc. from January 2000 to August 2005, and served as Senior Principal Engineer at Raytheon in St. Petersburg, FL, from June 1989 to December 1999. John's educational background includes a Master of Science in Engineering Management (MSEM) from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
