Leander Rivera

Leander Rivera, MSEM, is currently an Engineering Program Manager at Arthrex, specializing in the design and development of orthopedic and arthroscopic radio frequency ablation devices. Previously, Leander held various engineering roles at Arthrex, where they contributed significantly to the company's standing as a leading innovator in monopolar RF ablation technology. Leander began their career at Verizon Wireless as a Senior Customer Service/Sales Representative before earning a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering and an M.S. in Engineering Management from Florida International University.
