Mark Bauer

Mark Bauer possesses extensive experience in Agile methodologies and technical writing, currently serving as a Sr. Scrum Master at Arthrex since July 2020, where responsibilities include supporting teams in product development and training on Scrum practices. Prior to this, Mark held various roles at Johnson Controls from March 2004 to July 2020, transitioning from Scrum Master for Software Development and Hardware/Firmware teams to Senior Test Engineer and Senior Technical Writer, demonstrating a strong foundation in technical documentation and collaboration across departments. Earlier roles include technical writing positions at Countrywide, Chamberlain, and Atlas Development Corporation, showcasing a comprehensive skill set in creating detailed technical documents and managing projects. Mark holds a Master of Arts in English and a Bachelor of Arts in English from California State University, Northridge.
