Phil Schultz

Phil Schultz currently serves as the Sr. Director of QA Engineering Services at Arthrex, a position held since July 2016. With a robust career in quality assurance spanning over three decades, Phil has also held various leadership roles at Arthrex, including Director of QA Engineering Services and Director of Supplier Quality. Prior experience includes significant positions at Acelity, where responsibilities included Sr. Manager of Quality Engineering, and at Johnson Controls, where Phil progressed through several quality assurance roles, culminating as Quality Manager. Phil Schultz holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, obtained between 1998 and 2002.
