Ryan Decaprio

Ryan DeCaprio is a seasoned professional in operations management with extensive experience in the medical device industry. Currently serving as a Sr Operations Manager at Arthrex since August 2015, Ryan leads a high-growth team focused on producing innovative medical devices. Previously, Ryan held roles as Operations Manager and Production Manager, managing various manufacturing activities, training, and production processes. Prior experience includes a position as Manufacturing Supervisor at Medtronic, overseeing significant surgical product lines, and a Manufacturing Engineer role at Covidien, where Ryan focused on process improvements and CAPA. Ryan began a career in clinical engineering at Middlesex Hospital and the University of Connecticut, where both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering were obtained.
