Antony Williams

Antony Williams is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in the insurance and finance sectors. Currently serving as the UK Managing Director at Arthur Recruitment since January 2020, Antony is responsible for all UK sales and has previously held positions such as Managing Director and Director focusing on risk, catastrophe risk, and finance. Prior to joining Arthur, Antony held roles at Eames Consulting Group, HFG Insurance Recruitment, LMA Recruitment, and Buckley Alan Ltd, specializing in insurance risk and quantitative recruitment. Antony's career began at Lloyds Banking Group, where management of various branches and teams was a key responsibility. Educational qualifications include a CeFA 1 in Finance from IFS School of Finance and studies at Croydon College and Riddlesdown High School.
