Christopher McLaughlin

Christopher McLaughlin is a Corporate/M&A Partner at Arthur Cox, where they have specialized in corporate finance since 2005, advising both international and domestic companies on compliance, governance issues, and corporate migrations to Ireland. Prior to their current role, Christopher worked as an associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges and Simmons & Simmons from 1993 to 2005. They hold a BA (Hons) in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Balliol College, Oxford University, and a CPE/LSF in Law from the College of Law, London.
