David Kilty

David Kilty is a Partner at Arthur Cox, where they advise domestic and international clients on a wide array of tax issues, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and tax disputes. They previously held roles as a Committee Member at Blackrock College Past Pupils Union, where they served as Chairman and Treasurer, and as a Lawyer on secondment at Lloyds Banking Group. David commenced their legal career as a Trainee Solicitor, completing rotations in various fields including Tax and Corporate/M&A, and has specialized in tax law during their tenure as an Associate. They earned a BBLS (International) from University College Dublin.
