Kathi Wright

Kathi Wright is currently the Area VP and Compliance Counsel at Gallagher, a position Kathi has held since 2019. With a solid foundation in law, Kathi earned a Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Gustavus Adolphus College. Previously, they served as Shareholder and Practice Group Chair at Gray Plant Mooty from 2003 to 2019, and held roles at Stanton Group, Inc., UnitedHealth Group, and Dorsey & Whitney LLP, where they built extensive experience in compliance and employee benefits law.
