Arthur is Surry Hills’ newest neighbourhood restaurant. Headed up by Tristan Rosier, and named after his grandfather, the team aim to showcase our excitement for the local produce on offer through the constantly evolving set menu and all Australian wine list. Served to the table by our chefs, our menu is created so you can focus on your conversation and company, rather than what you’ll be ordering.

Continuing on with Tristan’s family tradition where his grandparents used to get everyone together, and like his parents do now, we now hope to do this for our community and be the place where you celebrate milestones, catch up with loved ones and spend time with those who matter the most.
